This was a replacement for one we had in the garage (man den). It's actually better because it has more space to store beverages and it seems to keep them much colder. I'm very happy with this fridge.
The first one came in damaged (most likely during shipping). The box had several holes in it and there were dents in the door, top and side of the unit. I called Amazon the next day and they were great in handling the replacement and the return of the damaged one, they sent the replacement out right away. I think we had it two days. Amazon arranged for UPS to pick the damaged one back up and said that UPS would call me to schedule a pickup.
The only thing negative thing (which really isn't that bad) is that although I was told that UPS would call me to schedule a pick up, they never did. I then received an email from Amazon saying that I only had a few days left to return it or I would be charged again. I immediately contacted them and told them that UPS never called and they handled it again right away. UPS never called to shedule a pick up again. However they did finally leave a pick up tag at my door one day saying that the next day would be their 3rd and final attempt! I didn't even know they did a 1st and 2nd attempt.
I have to say that Amazon's Customer Service has really been great!
